For this week's Foodie Friday, Kaylan is sharing her Green Pina Colada Smoothie recipe!

Ingredients 1/2 cup diced pineapple 1/2 cup unsweetened organic coconut milk 2 cups baby spinach 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1 tsp bee pollen 1 scoop collagen

1 cup of ice

Directions 1. Blend ingredients together in a blender. 2. Enjoy!!
